Coolamon Cheese has transformed an historic 1920’s co-op building in Coolamon’s main street into an architecturally stunning must see destination. Housed in the rear of the building our modern factory & production facility is designed for the visitor to view the entire cheese making & maturation process, whilst our Cheese Kitchen & deli retains the heritage of the original building. Our courtyard is the ideal place to relax with cheese & wine whilst taking in the beauty of our original wood fire scotch oven bakery, circa 1912
