We specialise in ingredients from the earth which are organic, local or home-grown and prepared fresh daily wherever possible.
We pride ourselves on everything being home cooked. Our eggs used are Organic and Free Range and we use Organic Milk.
While we offer bacon, ham and chicken with any of our menu options, we cater to Vegans, Vegetarians, Gluten Free and Dairy Free diets.
Our bread products are made the Artisan way and Vegan friendly.
Coffee and chocolate used are not only Organic, but also Fairtrade - good for you, the environment and the people who grow it!!
