Tired of all those bars that overcharge for a drink because the bartender did some fancy trick while mixing it for you? Then make your way to Blue Bayou! Simply put, we’re a cool dive bar with great food and live music, and we know how to treat our guests right without any gimmicks.
We know our guests are hungry for something other than your average bar food, so we make all of our meals from scratch using the best ingredients around. We use only certified Angus beef and we smoke all of our brisket, ribs, and catfish in-house. Our onion ring batter and marinade are made in true Texas fashion using Shiner beer -- you’ve gotta give these o-rings a try!
Blue Bayou carries 25 craft beers, including a couple local brews, as well as two Texas favorites on tap. We have pool tables, dart boards, and TVs for your entertainment, and we encourage you to strike up a conversation with some of our other guests -- after all, our guests are truly what makes our bar so special!
Our bar has the perfect acoustics for live music, so ask our bartender if you’ve been looking to play a gig around town; We’d love to have you! Our newly installed patio offers a nice view of Eagle Mountain Lake, and Texas has some of the best patio weather in the country, so come have a drink, a nice homemade meal, and make a couple new friends at Blue Bayou.
