Born as Audrey Kathleen Ruston, on May 4th 1929 in Belgium, Audrey Hepburn is the third female legend according to the American Film Institute. She's known for her beauty, elegance, poise and talent, but her most beautiful work, was the one she developed while being a Godwill Ambassador for UNICEF from 1988 until her death, caused by an appendiceal cancer, in 1993.
