Many coffee companies sell their product in vacuum-sealed plastic because it needs a shelf-life of eight months.
We don't do that.
You'll probably never buy a package from us that's one month old, never mind eight.
Freshly-roasted coffee is like warm bread, no matter how it's engineered to seem fresh, it just doesn't taste fresh unless it is.
Fair warning though, once you begin to enjoy what fresh really tastes like, you won't want to settle for less.

The Beans
We are committed to buying the best coffee we can find. We sample coffees from many regions and importers and choose from the best of them - no past year's crop, or tainted lots - just superior coffee with incredible taste.
The Roast
"Computer-Integrated Artisan-Roasting" is a process which allows us to draw the very best flavors out of every bean. We cup - sample - every roast and select the choicest roasts for each coffee. Our roast-and-deliver process allows you get to enjoy these flavors at their peak.
All of our coffees are Certified Organic
Organic foods are non-genetically modified and grown without the use of petroleum based pesticides and fertilizers, human waste, or sewage sludge, and processed without ionizing radiation or food additives.
All of our coffees are Certified Fair Trade
The Fair Trade movement advocates the payment of a fair price as well as social and environmental standards in areas related to the production of a wide variety of goods, empowering the farmers, families, and communities of developing countries, while promoting sustainable methods for producing those goods. Fair Trade focuses in particular on exports from developing countries to developed countries: coffee, cocoa, sugar, tea, bananas, honey, cotton, wine, handicrafts, fresh fruit and flowers.
