The Purple Mango Café – the best little café in the bush. With the biggest wood fired pizza oven in the Territory, The Purple Mango Café can produce mouth-watering pizzas in no time at all. Add a fresh tasty salad for a delicious meal. Fully licensed so complement your meal with a cold bottle of wine or craft beer.
Along with Bellaroma Premium No5 coffee blend and home-made cakes and desserts, The Purple Mango Café can provide refreshment to the traveller any time of the day.
Try fresh tangy Mango Smoothies, old fashioned lemonade and iced teas with mango or lemon for a refreshing pick up.
Taste ‘Just Mango’ – a home made conserve made with love and local mangoes or try Indian Curry Leaf Pickle – with mango and pineapple and lots of spice. Tickle your tastebuds with ‘Chickles’ – a sweet mustard pickle with mango and cauliflower or our marmalades, cumquat or lemon plus many more to try and take home.
Located 2.7kms from the Arnhem Highway along the historic Marrakai Track turning into Stephen Road for the first driveway on the left. This turnoff is 9kms before the road to Corroboree Billabong.

Limited camping and unpowered caravan sites will be available for short stay only. A perfect stop for birdwatchers and those travellers going between Darwin and Kakadu. A weekend break for Darwin locals to enjoy the food and wine in a bush setting.
In the future, The Purple Mango Café and Winery, will be created with a dry and sweet mango wine and a craft brewery to boot which will then be tasted and sold through the café. In the meantime, we will be offering a mango wine produced elsewhere to enjoy with your pizza.
