The Mad Bean opened its doors for business on January 16th 2015. Initially the goal was to provide Western Rockingham County with a central location to gather for meetings, work, and leisure all while enjoying the carefully crafted NC beverages we provide. Given the success of the beverages, The Mad Bean grew the model by installing a full service deli to provide artisan sandwiches, soups, and salads. All team members at our locations find joy in the opportunity to serve customers with the finest quality drinks and healthiest homemade food. With a mission of quality over quantity and a mantra of coffee and conversation, The Mad Bean encourages all to stop in and enjoy the finer aspects of service with a more relaxed energy reminiscent of a simpler way of life.
