Sweet Alfas is a bakery and cafe located in Elizabeth, Colorado, where food is cooked and baked fresh daily. Sweet Alfas uses fresh, quality ingredients to create signature gourmet soups, empanadas, paninis and baked goods including their signature cookie, the Peruvian Alfajor. The Alfajor (or Alfa) comes in different varieties and is a new and unique treat. Our goal is to bring quality meals that are quick and convenient to the whole town of Elizabeth and any visitors passing through.
