Spartan House is a family-run business that’s been a proud part of Aurora for over 42 years.
John Poulakidas opened “John’s Beef and Beer” in 1974, and passed it to his son, current owner and local attorney Mike, who re-named it “O’Malley’s Pub and Eatery”.
Spartan House keeps the tradition going—offering down-home recipes made with locally-sourced ingredients.
Plus a drink menu filled with craft beer, cocktails, and an array of non-alcoholic offerings sure to please the whole family.
