Southern Union Dining Hall


Ran by Executive Chef Brian Cosby. A local chef from Camp Hill, AL that is dedicated to Fresh “Farm to Table” ingredients in all aspects of cooking. With over 17 years in the food industry Chef Brian has worked in several different areas including St. Jude Children’s Hospital, THE MED, Orlando Regional, Jacksonville State University and Samford University. In early 2000 he competed on a Food Network show ready set cook and placed first. He has catered events up to 5000 people and has served many pro athletes’ including Mike Tyson, Bo Jackson and Roger Clemons.
