Secret Trail Brewing Company is an artisan craft brewery. STBC is a collaboration of Charlie Barrett, Michelle Barrett & Jesse Fischer. We seek to be a community-focused, locally- sourced brewery making both the classic styles and original innovations. We have a 3,200Sq Ft. 15-barrel production brewery & tasting room located in the up-and-coming beverage district located in the Barber area of South Chico. Our beers are created by Charlie Barrett, our Master Brewer, & Jake Dickman, our Assistant Brewer.
Our Taproom was created to be inviting & comfortable. Jesse Fischer, Michelle Barrett & our staff will welcome you into a rustic-modern, environment to enjoy our craft beers. Kids & dogs are welcome. With our push to change the city code for allowance of taprooms within manufacturing zones, we are the first of the newest movement of small craft breweries with taprooms, in Chico. We hope other established & future beverage production facilities, within the city limits, will harness the ability to grow the craft movement of beer, distilled spirits, & ciders.
