Our menu features country French cooking, and our dining room has the look and feel of a Provençal country inn. We’re where comfort becomes food.
When we set out to open a restaurant in Aspen, we wanted to combine the warmth of grandmother’s cooking with the understated refinement of a French farmhouse-style bistro. In 2000, we opened our doors and invited guests to join us in an atmosphere of approachable, sophisticated charm. During the ski season, visitors come for our hearty winter dishes and our intimate wine room. During the summer, they'll come by for a glass of white wine and fresh oysters. The thing that links the two seasons is that everything we serve is accompanied by a feeling of comfort. We could tell you about the awards, the reviews, and all the people we’ve delighted with our cooking, but it's something we want you to experience for yourself.
