For over thirty years, Richard’s of Toto Indiana has been the destination of bargain shoppers who simply expect more. Started in 1984 by Edward and Carol Ebner, the store was named after a close friend of theirs and they set about selling closeout and overrun merchandise items to an eager public. Since then Richard’s has grown from a simple cinder block building, to a 40,000 square foot operation that includes a wide product line obtained from all over the USA and the world.
