Raven's Den Steakhouse and Taproom is a dream realized for ACF "Vermont-Chef-of-the-Year," Edward St.Onge. For more than 30 years, Certified Executive "Chef Ed" has honed his skills as a dynamic food stylist at several of Vermont's premiere restaurants and now brings his skills to the resort town of Manchester Center, Vermont. He and his wife, Nancy, are excited to open their own Steakhouse and become part of the Manchester Village community. The comprehensive dining room and bar menus, delicious food, "tried and true" wine list, craft beer and relaxed atmoshpere are just a few features that are sure to delight the whole family.
