Payten and Jones have been producing small batch Single Vineyard Wine since 2006. We have taken a slow journey finding sites we like (that work with what has been planted), experimenting with fruit, sharpening our skills, learning, gaining inspiration while looking stylistically at what we want from our range of wines …… The evolution of Payten and Jones has been slow, although that has been required to gain the knowledge and skills to shape the range of wines we have made.

Payten and Jones grow fruit and craft Single Vineyard wines form six vineyards, five in the Yarra Valley and one very special 40 year old site in the Victorian Highlands (kilmore). In our range we have up to ten wines (depending on the vintage).
All wines are small batch Single Vineyard and faithfully represent that specific patch of dirt.
