My passion began with wanting to be healthy and nourishing my body with foods that nature has given us. My passion soon grew into a love of creating wholesome, refined sugar free, chemical and additive free foods. From there it turned into educating not only myself but others on wholesome, nutrient rich foods.
I fell pregnant with my first little love (Avah) in 2012, that in itself created a new found respect for health, as it was no longer about myself. My passion grew into a goal to nourish and raise my daughter/children with the knowledge of health and a love of wholesome foods.
Studying health, pushing myself to become more educated on products and the reasons as to why (such foods) are so important for our bodies, became an obsession.
My love and will to expand my goals became more, as I fell pregnant with my 2nd little love in 2015 (Koah). From there my passion, love, goals for health became a dream as I strived to continue to share my love for health with not only family and friends but the community. My dream was to open a small haven for health and it has become a reality with the SOON TO BE OPENED little nourishing café/ health shop in Meadows SA.
This new journey is to bring my love for nourishing foods to YOU.. With cold pressed juices, raw treats, cold pressed nut mylks, smoothies, organic coffee, herbal teas, delicious take away lunches, raw cake, protein balls ( the list goes on)..
We will also have items for sale such as amazing dark chocolate, the finest herbal teas, pure coconut water, beetroot powder, almond meal, vegan protein powder etc..
With gluten-free options, paleo and dairy free products.
