When Franz first opened our restaurant in 2002, he did so out of his passion for bringing people together with food. After completing culinary school in New York City and moving to Middletown, he created a menu that was meticulously prepared, making everything he could from scratch down to the ricotta in our gnocchi. Over the years, he’s built everything on this foundation, growing to include innovative cocktails and an event space that could host large parties. Now, when Orange County is looking for an elegant experience on Main Street, they know they can come to Nina and have a night they'll surely remember.
