Run-of-the-mill coffee shops and sandwich bars are often ten a penny these days. At Lily & Arthur's, we didn't just want to follow suit by rehashing what everyone else might be doing, and from our experience, that takes careful thought and smart work. We are big believers that brilliant products first start with super-quality ingredients. That's why (where possible) our ingredients are locally sourced from only the best suppliers. Our milk, cream and free-range eggs come from Rowlands Dairy in Mawdesley, our bread is freshly made each morning by local bakers Greenhalgh's, and our meat is from Greaves Butchers in Upholland. All of our cakes are lovingly baked by us, and our sandwiches are freshly crafted daily. Being as enthusiastic as we are when it comes to food, we scrupulously selected our coffee roaster, who equally matches our passion when it comes to authenticity and taste.
