Top quality ingredients, sourced locally and cooked to perfection, has been the secret to the Kingfisher Bistro success. Owned and run by Mark and Claire Woods at the Darcy Mc Gee Courtyard in Dundalk Street, Carlingford, Co Louth, Kingfisher Bistro is a real gem. After 15 years in business the restaurant has gathered a terrific following and although small, seating 42, it packs a mighty punch. The variety Mark can create in his kitchen works perfectly with Claire's flawless service management. The brother/sister team are widely praised for producing what many regard as the most exciting food in the area.
