Step 1 - Come on in and be warmly welcomed by our fun and friendly staff where you will be offered a complimentary Aloe shooter to sip or shoot. Aloe is wonderfully healing, assist with digestion and may offer calming to any intestinal irregularities you may be experiencing.
Step 2 - Choose from one of our many flavors and receive a complimentary cup of herbal tea to enjoy, your choice! Sip while you select from over 100 shake options (your final step).
Step 3 - Choose from over 100 different options of our delicious shakes, crafted for you individually by one of our experienced Health coaches. Enjoy each drink completely guilt free! Our shakes are loaded with protein, vitamins and minerals. We also offer selections for a variety of dietary needs: gluten free, soy and whey options are available for those who may need them.
