Our vision was created out of the pure enjoyment we have when friends, food and a few good drinks come together. We have always been beer lovers and knew, one-day, beer would become a passionate endeavour we would share with others.

Environment Coffee Shop
The Environmental Studies Coffee Shop, or simply “The Coffee Shop” is a student run coffeeshop operated in EV1-138.
The Coffee Shop is dedicated to offering premium quality coffee and foods while maintaining high environmental standards. Our coffee is Rainforest Alliance certified, and is roasted locally in the KW area.
The Coffee Shop is operated by volunteers, and managed by Faculty of Environment students. If you have any questions about the Coffee Shop, or if you are interested in volunteering please send an email to environmentcoffeeshop@gmail.com .

Games on Tap is a board game café in Waterloo, ON.
With over 750 games we have the largest library of games to play in KW. Ask our servers for suggestions if you're not sure what to play. Morty's Pub
Morty Taylor established Morty's Pub on the corner of King Street and University Avenue in 1981.
Back then the pub sat 76 people and quickly became a comfortable local hangout.
On July 27th 2000, we moved to our current location. Movers weren't in the budget, so the before
the big move, our family, friends, staff and loyal customers grabbed tables and chairs and walked
the 300 or so steps up the street to where you are sitting now.
Since the beginning, we have hosted millions of guests, prepared tens of millions of chicken wings
and have been a place where the Kitchener-Waterloo community...
