In the last year we’ve been testing out a mass of beers (tough job, but someone’s got to do it!) and we’re really excited with the diversity of our lineup. Junction 56 Distillery
Junction 56 is a craft distillery focussed on creating a range of high quality products. We take pride in sourcing and producing our products locally. Our grain and wheat for our spirits is 100% Ontario grown. We currently distill Vodka, Gin and Moonshine (which is an unaged whisky), as well as some flavoured Moonshine products, Sugarshack, Fireshine and Eclipse. We are also busy putting whiskey in barrels to mature, and will have a fully aged whisky for release in 2019.
