Stonington Vineyards is one of the first wineries in Connecticut, located mid-way between New York and Boston, right outside the quaint Stonington Borough. Our vineyards are situated on south-sloping, well-drained glacial soils. The proximity to the Atlantic Ocean provides us a maritime microclimate not unlike the Bordeaux region with a long and relatively cool growing season; perfect for growing Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc.

The Beer'd Brewing Co.
The Beer'd Brewing Co. is a micro brewery located in Stonington, Connecticut. We will welcome visitors into our tasting room to sample our offerings and purchase cans, half or quarter gallon growlers for takeaway. Also an exclusive selection of local bars and restaurants offer our ales on draft.
The Velvet Vine
Located in the Historic Velvet Mill, The Velvet Vine offers a unique dining experience. Menu selections include house made soups, charcuterie plates, grilled panini sandwiches, salads and more.
A full bar is available serving specialty cocktails, but our focus is on wine, both local and international.
Enjoy Brunch on the weekends after the Stonington Farmer’s Market, the Old World Flea Market or a walk through some of the many art galleries found within the mill.

Water's Edge Wines is "Not Your Average Wine Shop". In addition to our great selection of wine and craft beer we also serve lunch. Our sandwiches are served on fresh, in-house baked bread. We have 2nd floor seating where you can enjoy wine & beer by the glass or bottle. We carry a wide array of artisanal cheeses, smoked seafood, freshly baked bagels, breads, sweets and other gourmet goodies We also have bi-monthly, complimentary wine tastings.
