Meet the new owners! Clay and Molly Parker take food and coffee very seriously. In fact, their lives revolve around it. Clay is a coffee trader who works closely with Rwandan coffee farmers and Molly is a registered Dietitian focused on creating health and delicious food options for the growing Rwandan food scene. Along with quality of product, they believe that the ambiance in which the product is shared is of equal importance. Be ready for some Sinatra and candlelight at least a couple of nights a week.
