Walter's Brewery & Taproom
The Walter Brewing Company in Pueblo, CO was founded by Martin Walter in 1889. The brewery closed in 1975.
After almost 40 years, Walter's Beer is back!
In 2014, a group of Pueblo natives purchased the facility and obtained the recipe for the Original Walter's German Pilsner - a pre-prohibition treat - History in a Glass.
In addition to reintroducing a classic, Walter's Brewery also has a locally renowned Chile Pilsner, as well as many other varieties of beer available, including a brew for every season.
