The Seasoned Spoon Cafe
As well as serving delicious, affordable, local, and organic food, The Seasoned Spoon also provides educational initiatives through volunteer opportunities, workshops, speakers and conferences.
The Spoon cooperative has over 400 members, most of whom are staff and students of Trent University. Membership in the café is both a form of support and a structure to enable collective action that supports small-scale producers and helps to revitalize our regional agricultural system.
