Chrysalis Barrel Aged Beer

Currently we are in the planning and construction phase of the brewery, we have recently received our federal brewing permit and are waiting on the state. When we have our permits we will start putting beer into oak and start the aging process. We have planted our own barley and will be harvesting in the fall, hopefully by June of 2018 we will be able to start selling beer with our own ingredients.
