Kapital K-Dance is a Korean Pop dance organization from Ottawa, Canada. We run three programs: KKD Recreational Team, KKD Competitive Team, and most importantly, open class! We are primarily a teaching organization and believe K-Pop and dance is for everyone. KKD is about bringing people together in a safe space to grow and learn. Proudly an official University of Ottawa club. Open Classes are only going to be held 3 times a year from now on, so please stay tuned for more information!

The land Lowertown Brewery was built on has been home to locally made beer for over 150 years! It used to be home to the Commercial Hotel Tavern, built in 1837, making it the oldest bar in the Ottawa area at the time. While the Tavern burned to the ground in 1982, its legacy lives on in the Lowertown community.

Oliver's Pub and Patio first operated as a cafeteria when the students' association moved into the new Unicentre building in 1971. Student council obtained a liquor license for pub nights at the cafeteria, and the bar was simply called The Pub. In the fall of 1971, some councilors tried to change the bar's name to "The Beerhall." The motion was amended to rename it "The Belch" and this motion carried.
