Our wines will be crafted using fruit and honey from local farmers whenever possible. Our honey is currently provided by Cox Honey Land in Cache Valley. The raspberries and black currents are provided by Week’s Berries of Paradise in Cache Valley. Peaches, pears, cherries, and apricots are all provided from local farms along the Wasatch Front.
