In February 2016 we opened the doors of our 10 barrel brewery
in Fredericton, New Brunswick. We are style-agnostic, but
love hoppy American Ales, Belgian beers and coming up with
new things, especially those featuring local ingredients.

Located in the Charlotte Street Arts Centre, our cafe features artisanal wood fired pizza, European quality coffee and home-made croissants, and seasonal specialties including a wide range of vegan and gluten sensitive options. many of these dishes are also available our stand at the Boyce Farmers' Market on Saturdays.

Red Rover Craft Cider
Red Rover is New Brunswick’s oldest commercial-scale craft cider, and served its first customer at "The CiderHouse" in February 2014.
We use fresh pressed apple juice from local farmers to create high quality craft cider; crisp,refreshing, fruity and gluten free. Red Rover currently produces a range of four ciders with flavours designed to complement the seasons of the year, along with additional specialty ciders.
