Frugal Frocks, a ladies consignment store, is a hub of activity in old downtown Armstrong. In 1992, owner and operator Susan Gagnon opened the shop with just a few racks of clothes and accessories. Twenty five years later, with over 1900 consignees, Frugal Frocks is bursting with quality clothing, accessories and collectibles. A great place to explore for both locals and visitors.
