The White Star Hotel Albany
Our History.
The White Hart Hotel, owned by Southern Brewing Co. was one of Albany's first local breweries until it shut down in 1906. In 1909 the building was demolished for construction of a new two-story building. The White Star Hotel opened in 1910.
The White Star Hotel's were aligned with the White Star line, one of the worlds largest shipping lines which included the famous 'Titanic'.
