Harry's Coffee Bar is located on the lower level of the Frankfort Community Public Library. We serve a variety of drinks and snacks to fuel your voracious reading.
Who is Harry?
Mrs. Evelyn Napier donated funds to create Harry's Bar, the Coffee Bar "Down Under" in memory of her late husband, Harry Napier. Together they enjoyed traveling around the world, making a home in Toowoomba, Australia before retiring to Frankfort.
