The boutique wine label, Gilbert, is handcrafted by Simon and Will Gilbert who come from six generations of winemakers. As artisans of elegant cool climate wines, our ethos is simple, wise wine-making with fresh appeal.
The Cellar by Gilbert is our tasting room. We offer both current and museum releases, local charcuterie, High Valley cheeses and tailor made wine masterclasses led by our knowledgeable staff. We also feature wines from family, friends and mentors from around the world who have contributed to the Gilbert story.
