Ribfest is a festival type event. Ribfests are very popular across Ontario and attract thousands of spectators each year. This spring, the Capital Exhibit Centre will host the third Ribfest in Fredericton. Six professional “Ribbers” from Ontario will compete with local food vendors in food based competitions. Live music (more details on musical acts to be announced) and inflatable games for kids will make the occasion truly family friendly. In addition, Moosehead is sponsoring a licenced area to carry the festival fun into the evening with good company and music, and great food!
