Who we are? 我們是誰?
We are Fort Gelato Cafe. We have fresh gelato made daily with local produce. Our Gelato maker(Kiran) is from India, and Certified Gelato Maker in Italy, and participated in several gelato competition around the world. We choose to use top lovel Trombetta coffee bean from Italy for all coffee items. The cookie and pastries are handmade from local.
我們是普羅民咖啡, 我們擁有每日現做義式冰淇淋, 冰淇淋師傅來自印度, 遠赴義大利考得相當專業的義式冰淇淋甜點師執照, Kiran把最正統的手做義式冰淇淋分享到每個客人手中. 我們所選擇的義大利頂級咖啡豆, 有個綽號叫上"帝親吻的咖啡豆", 口感圓潤香味持久. 店裡所提供的甜點來自在地的手做甜點, 甜點因季節性而變化, 把最好的產品獻給每一位貴客
What we do? 我們做什麼?
We made daily fresh gelato in small batches in order to present the best flavors. We use the top level Trombetta coffee(Gold) bean from Italy. Pastries are made artisan, and local. We provide venue for private event, please contact us by Facebook if there are any question, comment, and concern.

FORT CAFE 的義式冰淇淋師傅每日小量製作來控制品質, 我們所用的都是當地新鮮水果與高品質食材, 口感絕佳! 來自義大利Trombetta 咖啡豆給予最香濃圓潤的口感. 店內的甜點是在地台南的手工甜點, 味道實在, 不膩甜. 口味會因季節而做調整 給予消費者最當季的選擇
