Fiddlers Coffee was established in 2004 in Centralia, Washington by a local family of national champion fiddlers whose passion for specialty coffee led to the opening of a community shop and a partnership with Caffé D'arte, an award winning coffee roastery dedicated to traditional Italian style espresso.
