Housed in a historical downtown Saint Joseph basement Czar's boast premium, professionally run and maintained sound and lighting systems. Serving domestic, import, and regional beers plus all your favorite liquors and wines. You can also catch comedians from around the country on Comedy Night the first Thursday of each month. First Fridays is DJ / Live Music Night and the first Saturday is Country Night. Open Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights from 8pm-2am.
