The vision for Conny Creek Brewing was started in 2010 when Lee Layton started brewing at home. After graduating with a degree in Biology/Chemistry, Lee had worked through various unsatisfying corporate and government jobs and knew he'd never be completely happy unless he was running his own company. Over the past five years Lee has kept brewing as his main hobby and knew that one day he could turn it into a business. The challenges of learning how to operate a brewery will keep Lee intrigued. Lee's wife Erin will be a diligent part owner and largely contribute to the operations and management at first. Once the pub is opened, Erin will be the brains behind the simple, yet gourmet food. Though Conny Creek was established in Evans City, PA, the plans for opening a public location will actually be held near where Erin and Lee live now. Please stay tuned and wish Lee and Erin luck in getting Conny Creek off the ground!
