Cafe Otis is a modern and eclectic all-day neighborhood cafe centered around community, local farms and innovation. We serve a Mediterranean-inspired breakfast, lunch and dinner menu in addition to a stylish crafted full bar and carefully curated local artisan market. A wide range of seating options easily accommodates large or small groups with additional patio access in warmer months. We are located in vibrant downtown Norwich, CT in a beautifully restored 19th century architectural gem which was once the original home of Otis Library. There is free ample parking in the dedicated lot behind the cafe and plenty of street spaces and other free garages in the immediate area.
