最高に美味しい一杯を、最高に心地よい空間で、最大限のおもてなしの気持ちをこめてお出しする。
コーヒー豆の選び方から、焙煎、抽出、使う食器、一緒にお召し上がり頂く料理やお菓子に至るまで、常にベストのものを提供できるよう心がけています。
また昔ながらの古い喫茶店の良さを守りつつ、お子様からご年配のお客様にまで幅広く受け入れていただけるよう、温故知新の心を大切に、新たな喫茶文化を創造すべく躍進してまいります。
Maeda Coffee has been operating for about 40 years since its establishment in 1971 based upon the philosophy of “Sharing Excitement, Joy, and Happiness to everyone through Coffee”.
Serving the most delicious cup of coffee in the most comfortable space with the utmost hospitality service.
We aim to provide the best of everything at all times, from choosing the coffee beans, roasting, extracting, to the cuisines and confections that are enjoyed together with the coffee.
In addition, while keeping the good quality of an old-fashioned coffee shop just the same as it was long ago, we will keep making progress in order to create a new coffee shop culture, and keeping a heart that value innovation so that customers from children until elderly can be widely accepted.
