The restaurants are built around our passion for fresh and local produce, fish and a desire to bring these to the table at the most reasonable prices possible. Now we believe we have one of the best and most competitive wine and drinks list available anywhere!

Matt, Head Chef and Proprietor, trained at Plymouth and Westminster College, was Head Chef at both Boulevard Brasserie in Covent Garden and Livebait in Notting Hill after being Sous Chef at the famous Scotts of Mayfair.
Following restaurant school, wife Delphine, from Angers on the River Loire, experienced L’Escargot and Le Gavroche in London before becoming Restaurant Manager at Livebait, working alongside Matt. She oversees the front of house and keeps the books as well as looking after their sons, Oliver and Charlie!
