We offer wines ranging from semi-sweet to dry.
We intend that all wines offered are produced from grapes grown in our vineyard
located just north of the tasting room. Although we occasionally produce a white
blend or red blend, most of our wines consist of 100% one grape variety and the
wines are named by the variety of grape used. For example the Seyval semi-sweet
is made from 100% Seyval Blanc grapes. Rarely, we purchase grapes from other
Nebraska vineyards to supplement our harvest in case of damage from hail, frost,
etc. We grow many varieties of grape including La Crosse, Seyval Blanc, Frontenac,
Brianna and Landot Noir. The vineyard is constantly changing as we strive to
produce wines that will please a wide range of customers. Come enjoy a tour of
the vineyard and facility, visit with the winemaker/owner, Gary Wach, or simply
relax with wine on the patio. Complementary appetizers are offered many Fridays
from 5-7 pm. Events are listed on our website under "Event Calendar" and are
updated monthly.
