The Mustard Seed is a family ministry which serves both our local Appalachian community and others which are in need around the world.
It is our goal to provide those in need with up to date information, in order that they may be able to make informed decisions, both physical and spiritual, for their and their family’s personal lives.
Understanding that getting to the “root cause” of problems is often the most effective approach in solving challenges, it is through this method that we have chosen to educate those requesting help in developing a lifestyle approach to their needs.
In-house, The Mustard Seed provides a deli which offers smoothies, juices, wraps, soups, salads, sandwiches, etc. We also have a variety of whole foods, which one may utilize to provide their families with a whole food, plant based diet. For those in need of extra nutritional supplementation, a wide variety of supplements are also available for this purpose.
To assist our local community in putting a healthy lifestyle into practice, our staff provide lifestyle education in-house, to students, parents and staff in our local school system, to churches, businesses and organizations.
For those requesting assistance in other areas throughout the world, our staff provide training at churches, health symposiums, health expos, individual organizations and through the internet.
