We use only 100% certified organic unbleached flour in our pizza dough - grown and milled at Central Milling in Utah. Our fresh mozzarella comes from Wisconsin’s finest dairies. We make every effort to consistently source from our local farmers and take pride in serving uncured, natural and organic meats, local honey, fruit, cheese, herbs and other Northern New Mexico products.
