SoCo ice cream, sorbet, and gelato are handcrafted from scratch in our kitchen. We use our own secret ice cream dairy base - not a mass-produced commercial mix loaded with stabilizers and texturizers. Our Flavormaster, Matt, creates small batches of house-made ingredients from scratch in our own kitchen: swirls, cookies, brownies, marshmallows, caramel, gingerbread, cookie dough, blondies, buttercrunch, and more.
When you take a bite of SoCo ice cream, sorbet, and gelato, you're experiencing fresh fruit, real cocoa powder, Madagascar vanilla, organic coconut, bits of raw ginger, non-GMO cane sugar, house-made caramel, brownies and cookies, and honey, milk, and cream from local farms.
No artificial flavors, colors, cheap sweeteners, corn syrup, GMO, rBST hormones, or prefabricated ice cream bases. That way, your guilty pleasure doesn't have to be so guilty.
