Owners Jes Clay and Jason Yowell (also known as Dumpling and Sug) had a vision that food should be local, real, and fresh. This revolutionary idea to shift from conventional and industrial food led to the birth of Shift. Located in downtown Frostburg, Shift is focused on serving local, organic, and homemade food. We partner with farms in our area to serve the best of their land’s harvest for your enjoyment. Our employees are dedicated to helping you know about the ingredients and sourcing of the food we serve at Shift.
Our mission at Shift is our constant dedication to real food and sustainability. We love our farmers, they are the land’s hardest workers and for this we are grateful.
