Sam Hill Coffee Co. is a micro roast-to-order that started in the summer of 2015 by Davy Allin with nothing more than a bag of beans and a campfire. Each one of our speciality coffees is certified both organic and Fair Trade and carry their own roast level exclusive to the Sam Hill philosophy. Since its launch the company has evolved both structurally and into a living breathing grassroots movement made up of coffee lovers from all over the country and from all backgrounds. These "Tramps" are at the forefront of the Great American Coffee Rebellion, a pledge to boldly go their own way (and take the coffee with them!).
