Perlick Distillery is a family owned business that produces fine spirits distilled from grains grown on site.
The Perlick Family purchased a small farm in the Northwoods of Wisconsin in 1920. Five Generations have now had the pleasure of working and cultivating the uncompromising soils set amongst the backdrop of Wisconsin's picturesque forest, lakes, and streams. That same land and family now grow and distill the grains that bring you this fine spirit. Enjoy.
