Mt. Uncle Distillery is the first and only established distillery in Far North Queensland producing an array of International award winning spirits and liqueurs.
Mt Uncle Distillery is nestled amongst avocado, macadamia nut orchards and banana plantations in the Atherton Tablelands of Cairns Australia.
Mt Uncle Distillery prides its traditional all natural approach to premium spirits and liqueurs in a synthetically dominated world. Using only the tried and proved method of traditional distilling along with their own grown produce, you can be certain that you are getting a pure product free of commercial chemicals and additives.
Mark Watkins owner of Mt Uncle Distillery has devoted over two decades in Australia to the task of distilling cutting edge spirits and liqueurs. Mark has won multiple awards including Double Gold in the San Francisco ISC & Gold in the Hong Kong IW&SC.
The Distillery is open for daily tasting's, seven days a week, from 10am to 4:30pm.
